Self-care is a key factor in maintaining good mental, emotional and physical health, but it’s also one of the first things a lot of us tend to skimp on when stuff gets hectic – even if that’s when we need it most!

I put together this simple little checklist as a 30-day challenge to find new ways to practice self-care. Maybe not all of them will resonate with you, and that’s totally cool. Self-care is highly individual so what is relaxing for one person could seem like agony to another.

There are two empty spaces for you to add in your own challenges, and feel free to white out/cover up anything else that doesn’t sound like a good time to you!
